If your team allows your athletes to declare attendance:
- Click the green MEET ENTRY tab, and then click the green Edit tab under your athletes' names.
- For each of your athletes, select an option from the drop down list next to their names.
- (undeclared)
- Attending
- Not Attending
- Specify your swimmer's availability for relays from the drop down options (if offered).
- Please indicate availability on Monday for a Wednesday evening meet and Thursday for a Saturday morning meet.
- Click Save to record your choices.
This availability is the basis for our meet attendance and our meet entries. If this information is incorrect, your child may be excluded from a meet they are able to attend or included in a meet where they are not present.
We understand plans change, people get sick, or the unexpected arises, but please keep us informed if your plans change.
The coaches will determine meet entries once the deadline for attendance has passed.
